Are You A
Full-Time Dreamer
Ready To Become A
Full-Time Doer?

Hi  there!
I'm Tara & if your answer to the above is yes, then you're what
I call an EMBER:

(def.) A flickering light symbolizing a dream ready to spark.

An ember fully sparks once it meets its match, which is what you've found in us.

Whether you've had your business dream for 10 years or 10 minutes, it's time to light it UP with someone who will help you take action and start DOING!

Tara's Promise

As Chief Dreamer & Doer around here, I'll be your partner in possibility, holding space for dreams to be named, shaped, and realized in a way that makes getting business done a whole lot less lonely

and a whole lot more inspiring!

Equal parts visionary, strategist, and action-taker,

I find joy in blending creativity with execution, and if I'm so fortunate as to be trusted to help you with your BIG goals, I'm confident we can turn your brilliance into an unstoppable business through your choice of one-on-one support or group experiences (or both!), all of which I strive to make accessible and will move you forward with clarity, momentum, and heart - so no dreamer ever gets left behind!

And not tomorrow or next year but today so that no matter what's stopped you from getting business done in the past,  I'll help you NOW!

You belong here. We're a match.

Engagement + Planning  +  Doing

I can already picture us sipping coffee or your beverage of choice

together (even if through Zoom) as we chat about ways I can help you

(rem) ember that: Those who invest in themselves, WIN!

Hats are cute, but you shouldn’t wear all of them.

Pass the hat! Because successful entrepreneurs don’t do it all—they focus on their genius, knowing that even superheroes have sidekicks to help them light life on fire!

That’s where I come in, identifying ways that give you breathing room to learn and focus on what you're best at. Whether it's through group programs or one-on-one consulting/facilitating, everything is customized to place equal importance on mindset foundations as well as the other more commonly spoken of business pillars such as strategic planning, project management and more. â€‹

Why do I believe placing equal importance is necessary?

Because I don't sugar-coat what burn-out feels like to be hit on the head by an invisible 2 x 4,  a.k.a burn-out.

I call burn-out 'The Cost Of Doing Everything' Approach.

I've personally experienced it and how it compromises all that truly matters and now I move forward with purpose to help those headed down that path avoid the heck out of it! To help them enjoy the clarity that comes with hitting the pause button to focus on what REALLY matters.

For me, that's taking the favourite parts of my past careers and curating them into the selection of professional development and well-being services you see here.

Now the question is:

How can I help you focus on getting things that

ACTUALLY matter, done?

"The world needs dreamers and the world needs doers.

But above all, the world needs dreamers who do.”

Try as we may, we cannot coach ourselves.

And it excites me to help you avoid the mistake I did:

Not investing in myself individually and professionally earlier that I should have.

Because no matter how experienced you are, it’s a universal law that no matter how long you’ve been in business, you’ll face questions, challenges, and snags that require quality business support from a quality network.

Which is why engaging in programs and networking that fosters growth should be on your priority list.

So, go on. Give yourself permission to explore the

support that needs to happen in order for you to do that ahh-mazing thing that keeps tickling the back

of your mind!

Meet
        Tara

Different pockets of people know me in different business capacities, reflecting what someone once said of me:

“Tara, I’ve never known anyone to do as many things as you have!”

However, one thing everyone agrees on is that I'm an

Idea Person, constantly engaging in creative pursuits; my passion and innate talent laying in connecting people, both professionally and personally.

Consequently, my drive and the heart of my business lie in motivating others to pursue their business dreams with determination and self-belief, just as I strive to improve in doing each day. To do this, I've taken (and will continue to) the favourite parts of all my careers and developed a highly curated and accessible collection of professional development services that embody my skills in helping people achieve both their professional ambitions and personal fulfillment.

Schedule a complimentary call with me so we can properly connect, get to know one another and see how I can help you get things done!

Happy Dreaming & Doing,
