It's someone (like me!) who helps a group of people work together in a warm, encouraging style that makes even the tough conversations feel possible.

People often tell me I have a knack for reading the room and creating a safe, welcoming space — and that’s exactly what you want in a facilitator. You need someone who can take the topic at hand, guide the conversation with intention, and create an environment where everyone feels heard, engaged, and able to contribute.
