From global stages to local firsts.

My journey as an event coordinator has taken me from working alongside Juno and Grammy award winners to collaborating with comedians, politicians, community trailblazers and more. I've

managed venues, organized community gatherings, fundraisers, weddings, festivals, workshops, conferences, tournaments and even launched Newfoundland’s first-ever speed dating event series. - all while also being a Certified Virtual Event Coordinator and Project Manager that can channel impossible to-do lists into real-life magic!

The most unexpected name on my event roster? John Cleese of Monty Python fame and yes, he’s even wittier in person.

The farthest my work has taken me? The sun-soaked stages of the Jamaica Jazz & Blues Festival.

My most cherished mentor? Dan Hill who champions my event and writing skills.

The more curious events? Any political debate I've moderated.

The most emotional? Surprisingly, a Serena Ryder house concert.

We herd the vendors, tame the timelines, charm the guests, and put out fires — sometimes literally — so you can shine without lifting a finger.

Alan, the frontman of Canadian 80's rock band, Glass Tiger, has created, and continues to, multiple private functions including fundraisers with Tara

across Canada.

In May 2025, Alan is being inducted into Canada's Music Hall of Fame.

Acting as artist relations and more, I have regularly worked at festivals within St. John's as well as the Jamaica Jazz & Blues Festival where I booked Canadian singer, Jully Black, to perform.
